Our Story
How a Compliment Sparked a Business
It began with a quotation, not for a client, but for ourselves. In Midrand, we were pricing brand-new cupboards for our kitchen and feeling discouraged by the cost.
During that conversation, we showed the sales consultant photos of our own kitchen makeover, a revamp we had done with vinyl wrapping.
She leaned forward, studying the before-and-after. “This looks so professional, so modern… do you do this as a business?”
We explained it wasn’t a business at all. It was simply something we had always done in every home we lived in, a way of making a house feel like a home.
She shook her head in disbelief. “Well, you should be doing it as a business. People ask for this all the time!”
That moment planted the seed. What started as our own search for a cost-effective, stylish solution grew into something much bigger. ModiWrap was born, built on the belief that transformation doesn’t have to come at the price of a brand-new kitchen.
